D-7 TYPE BATTLE CRUISER |
Starships that formed the backbone of the Klingon Defense Force for decades. The D-7 type vessels were in service in the 2260's, a design shared with the Romulan Star Empire during the brief alliance between the two powers. These vessels, some 228 meters in overall length, were equipped with warp drive and phase-disruptor armament. (The Original Series) |
K'T'INGA CLASS BATTLE CRUISER |
An upgraded version of the D-7 type battle cruisers. Introduced in the 2280's, K't'inga class battle cruisers are still serving the Klingon Defense Force. (The Motion Picture) |
BIRD-OF-PREY |
Ships used by the Klingon Defense Force, capable of both atmospheric entry and landing, as well as warp-speed interstellar travel. Several types of this ship have been in use since at least 2286, the smaller D-12 and B'rel class scouts, and the larger K'Vort class cruisers. All were equipped with cloaking devices. VOR'CHA CLASS ATTACK CRUISER |
